The heated 8-seater Bernkogelbahn lift (first section) takes you from Saalbach village centre right into the ski area around Bernkogel mountain. From the mountain station, you can either ski back down into the valley on long, easy slopes, or transfer to the 6-seater Bernkogel chairlift to the summit (1,740 m) and continue towards Reiterkogel. From the Bernkogelbahn, long, easy slopes lead back to the valley.
